Payroll/HCM Support Specialist

Platinum Group, a leading HCM provider with a 20+ year track record of serving customers, is seeking a friendly and customer-focused HCM Support Specialist to join our team. As an HCM Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients as they navigate our human capital management (HCM) software. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a friendly and professional manner. This is primarily a remote position with team activities occurring in Asheville periodically.

In this role, you will:

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries regarding our HCM software.
• Handle weekly, biweekly, and special payroll projects for numerous clients.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to client issues and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the software.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize their use of the software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
• Research and resolve payroll and payroll tax-related issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Knowledge of human capital management (HCM) software systems.
• 1-3 years of recent payroll experience and in-depth knowledge of payroll processing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience conducting remote training sessions is a plus.
• Previous experience with isolved People Cloud a plus.
