The Outside Sales Representative for our company is focused on one thing: Building and maintaining customer relationships. You’ll be working collaboratively with other branch and sales team members to increase revenue and grow market shares by increasing the number of active accounts within your designated territory.

Requirements

Preferred Qualities/Experience:

  • Proven direct sales experience in outside sales (equipment rental, construction, or building supply industries a plus).
  • You are self-driven to drive new business growth and market share in a territory, while maintaining and nurturing existing accounts.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment to manage leads, sales pipelines, and customer follow-ups.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to hold yourself to our standard of excellence ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage a territory efficiently by identifying customer needs to meet sales targets and goals.
