Your job is to clean our customers' offices and homes by being trained by one of our senior cleaners (and the notes put for each clean).

For this position, YOU MUST:

• show up on time
• have a reliable car
• have a smartphone
• be able to follow a cleaning checklist/instructions

How will this work?

You start as an assistant cleaner at $15/hour. After 3-5 cleans, if you like the job and are doing well, you can earn your Certified Professional Cleaner (CPC) certification. You are paid $100 to complete your certification and your pay increases to $16.50/hour immediately.

We have a booking system where everything from clocking in/out, cleaning notes, and cleaning checklist can be accessed from the app. It's a very simple process.

We provide all cleaning supplies.

Note: This position may require evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the customer. We also clean office buildings.

How frequently do you pay?

We pay weekly.

What areas do you cover? How far will I have to drive?

We cover from Lenoir, Valdese, Hickory, Conover, and surrounding. I make every effort to book the cleans that are closest to you. In most cases, you will drive 5-20 minutes. Sometimes it will have to be further.

Do you train?

Yes, we have paid training. You will earn your Certified Professional Cleaner (CPC) certification.

Is there opportunity for advancement?

Yes. If you are doing well and are putting our customers first, you will have an opportunity to take your "Team Leader Certification." This is also a paid opportunity and your pay can increase to $18/hour.

Is this a W2 position?

Yes.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Make beds
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly

- Follow established cleaning checklists, procedures, and guidelines
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products and equipment

Please note that the specific job requirements will be mostly the same, but may vary depending on the type of cleaning service the customer purchases (i.e. Standard Cleaning vs Deep Cleaning).
