As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our scientific research teams and the medical community. You will provide critical insights into our products and contribute to the development of strategic medical communication plans.
In this key position, you will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) about the therapeutic areas we support, conducting scientific discussions, and delivering valuable training to internal stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and engaging KOLs to foster collaborations that enhance the visibility and adoption of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a scientific liaison between Lynx Therapeutics and HCPs to discuss clinical data and therapeutic products.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
- Lead scientific presentations and training sessions to both internal and external audiences, enhancing their understanding of product data and therapeutic areas.
- Provide feedback from HCPs to inform product development and medical strategy.
- Participate in medical conferences and symposia, representing the company and sharing insights on our products and research.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison or similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and data interpretation.
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of establishing trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
