We’re looking for a Media Coordinator Intern that is driven by data and trends, eager to learn and interested in developing necessary skills to succeed in the media industry. This role will help support our Media Department across various clients, projects and channels. The Media Coordinator Intern will collaborate with our Media Professionals to assist in campaign planning, execution and reporting, and will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of today’s media landscape through experiential application. In order to be successful in this role, this individual must have exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented and have great time management skills. Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S. at this time.

  • Assist in the setup and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Help manage digital creative asset trafficking and QA’s
  • Conduct research and analysis to support campaign optimization and performance reporting
  • Help manage social media accounts and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management and creative departments, to ensure campaign success
  • Assist in vendor management and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and technologies

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
