Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is integral to developing and executing marketing plans and programs that promote regional patient acquisition. This role involves the creation of marketing materials, social media assets, organizing community involvement, ensuring brand consistency and building relationships while maintaining our mission and core values.

Key Competencies:
⁃ Coordinate and enhance the company’s social media presence across all platforms, including scheduling and publishing content that is aligned and uniform with established brands
⁃ Assist with office-specific social media efforts
⁃ Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts
⁃ Coordinate distribution of campaign communication through social platforms, email, and text campaigns
⁃ Bring new ideas to optimize marketing efforts and leverage best practices, tools, and templates to create a consistent brand through the patient experience
⁃ Discover, plan, coordinate, and execute weeknight and weekend event involvement to drive engagement with local communities
⁃ Performs additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective functioning of department

Qualifications:
⁃ Bachelor’s degree
⁃ Innovative, creative, and collaborative
⁃ Proficiency in Canva Suite, Meta Business Suite
⁃ Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
⁃ Effective planning, organizing, designing, and communication skills
⁃ Experience with social media advertising platforms (i.e. FB, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
⁃ Weekend and evening availability for marketing events
⁃ Excellent written, verbal, and proofreading skills
⁃ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver successful initiatives
⁃ No barriers to start and end time
⁃ Reliable transportation and ability to travel
