Job Overview

The Marketing Brand Manager at Lynx Therapeutics will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. This role will require a creative and data-driven individual who can effectively manage brand positioning, product launches, and marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive brand growth and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Manage the brand budget and monitor performance metrics to ensure effective use of resources and maximize ROI.
  • Lead brand communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust plans as needed for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands or products.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
