Maintenance Technician (Handyman or Handywoman)

Triangle Services has been serving the Triangle Area of North Carolina since 2011. We are focused on providing timely maintenance services to property managers and landlords across the area. YOUR ROLE

As an Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for addressing maintenance requests promptly and efficiently

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Solid knowledge of construction, maintenance, and home improvement concepts 
• Carpentry (deck repairs, trim installation, door replacements, flooring repairs)
• Drywall and Painting (repair damaged drywall, replace small/medium size drywall sections, interior and exterior painting) 
• Minor plumbing (faucet installation, drain cleaning, toilet replacement) 
• Minor electrical (lights fixture installation, light bulbs replacement)
• Basic knowledge of appliances repair/installation (installation of dishwashers, microwaves, garbage disposals, etc)  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST:

• Own a reliable transportation
• Own standard set of tools
• Have a valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Pass a criminal background check
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy appliances; ability to lift up to 80lb (on occasion)

Most jobs are around the Durham/Raleigh/Chapel Hill areas
