Job Description:

Join our team at a high-end antique and vintage furniture company, where passion meets professionalism. We are seeking a talented and driven individual with a keen eye for detail and a love for vintage furniture to join us as an Inventory Processor. In this role, you will:

• Assess and record the condition of merchandise received, precisely measure as per company guidelines, and note any wear or imperfections.
• Work with various web platforms to manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Proofread and edit product descriptions to maintain high standards of grammar and presentation.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including operating power tools when necessary.

As the ideal candidate, you possess excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for antiques, vintage furniture, and art. You are a self-starter, critical thinker, and detail-oriented team player eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing business.

Requirements

Excellent computer skills and tech-savvy

Strong understanding of web platforms such as Dropbox, Shopify, and 1stdibs

Proficient in proofreading with excellent grammar skills

Self-starter with a critical mind and detail-oriented approach

Ability to work well in a team environment

Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations

Experience with power tools such as drills and hammers is a plus
