About the Opportunity: Europa is looking for a skilled Internal Tools Project Manager to lead the transition of our in-house website and legacy systems to a new, modern platform. You will be responsible for driving the digital transformation, managing the integration of internal tools and systems, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.You’ll need to be comfortable working in a tech-heavy environment, understanding system requirements, and implementing solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and manage key internal projects, ensuring successful integration of systems and tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document detailed system requirements for digital transformation projects, positioning the business to unlock new revenue growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and product, to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage project roadmaps, develop timelines, and monitor progress, ensuring key deadlines are met and risks are mitigate
- Communicate complex project details and progress updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective alignment across departments.
- Facilitate agile methodologies and sprint planning to ensure project adaptability and responsiveness to evolving business needs, contributing to cost savings and enhanced performance.
- Oversee the integration of B2B & B2C operations, ensuring systems are scalable and future-ready, thereby making B2B more efficient and creating new revenue streams from D2C strategies.
- Drive company-wide adoption of new systems, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize efficiency, leading to reduced operational costs and improved growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or internal tools management.
- Experience managing system migrations, particularly with legacy systems and B2B environments, , and leading efforts to optimize operational costs.
- Strong understanding of system integration, internal tools, and digital transformation principles aimed at enhancing scalability and unlocking new revenue streams.
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams, managing expectations and fostering clear communication.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning, ensuring flexible and effective project execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex project details for stakeholders.
- Experience in developing timelines, tracking project progress, and presenting key deliverables.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Background in website management, system integration, or digital product transformation.
- A technical background in digital systems, IT, or engineering is advantageous but not required.
- Experience in ERP systems

- Experience in 3PL systems – Extensiv
- Experience in Shopify platform and its marketing tools
