As an Installation Supervisor/Technical Trainer at One Hour Magic, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality HVAC installations and training our team of technicians.
A typical day may involve overseeing installation projects, providing on-the-job training, troubleshooting HVAC issues, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will lead a team with a focus on excellent communication and customer satisfaction, making a genuine impact in the community.

Requirements
- State HVAC license of H3-1 or higher (required)
- Proven experience in HVAC installation and hands-on technical training
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide team members
