Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times for tasks and processes.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Design and maintain layout of equipment and workspaces to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Participate in project management initiatives and ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
