Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times for tasks and processes.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions to operational challenges.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.
• Design and maintain layout of equipment and workspaces to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Participate in project management initiatives and ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
