HVAC Service Technician

Charlotte Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician. You will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment.

This is a demanding and challenging position that requires you to have excellent verbal communication, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills. You will get to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, and great people skills in working with a diverse customer base.

Requirements

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Overtime and On-Call as assigned)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replacement recommendations.
• Clean criminal background
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.

Qualifications:
• Universal EPA Certification- type 2 at minimum
• 5 + years experience
• Advanced customer service skills

• Possess basic hand tools
