We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) based in Charlotte, North Carolina who will contribute to our enduring success. As an HR Executive, your primary focus will be to work closely with the Shared Service Team to deliver impeccable HR services.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering HR operations including Human Capital Management (HCM) tasks like termination requests, leave management, medical claims, and benefits administration (including vendor management).
  • Issuing employment contracts and letters, managing work passes, processing invoices, maintaining employees’ personal files, claiming regulatory reimbursements from government authorities, orchestrating pre/onboarding and exit logistics processes, and preparing new hire kits.
  • Supporting all employee life-cycle changes like transfers, promotions, and merit adjustments.
  • Managing payroll by gathering and supplying payroll data, reviewing payroll reports, ensuring timely payroll approval, addressing payroll-related queries from employees, and coordinating with the payroll vendor or payroll colleague for smooth operations.
  • Assisting the Senior HR Manager with report generation, audits, recruitment interview logistics, mandatory job postings on government job portals, sanction checks, and providing first-level support for employees’ queries.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for general inquiries from Singapore employees and managing the shared mailbox.
  • Providing support to HR functions in the absence of the Senior HR Manager, including performing coverage duties.
  • Engaging in other assigned duties, including project support and providing back-up/overflow work support for the Shared Service Team.

Requirements

  • 8 years of HR operations experience within a global organization, with a preference for those who have worked in a professional service organization.
  • Proficient understanding of the Employment Act.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with work pass, payroll, CPF, and taxation procedures.
  • A humble, hands-on individual with a genuine enthusiasm for HR operations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, quality-driven, resourceful, and an excellent team player.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A mature professional with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working in a challenging environment while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and trust.
