We're seeking a talent acquisitions with good understanding of real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and reaching our targets by hiring best ones in the industry with same mindsets in the team.

THIS IS 100% COMMISSIONS! No hourly rates or base provided!

Duties

  • Acquire effective and productive skills to join the team!
  • Hiring, onboarding, and providing basic training of how to use the CRM and their scope of work - getting them ready for one-one training with their manager.
  • Tracking the production scores for each member off the team and planning for new hires or replacements in a well managed time window.

Requirements

Experience

  • Talent Acquisitions in Real Estate with a hunter mindset!
  • Proven experience in real estate process.
  • being tech savvy to use CRMs and docs e-signing.
  • being able to use different streams for talent acquisitions such as Indeed, LinkedIn, FB.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration to understand the hiring needs for each week or stage of growth!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
