Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Improvement Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of our home improvement projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager/Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that our clients’ visions are brought to life on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of home improvement projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that project goals are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise.
  • Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of home improvement products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
