TITLE: Marketing Manager
REPORTS TO: Head of Demand Generation

Position Summary:
As a Marketing Manager at Alaris Acquisitions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating and nurturing leads through targeted strategies. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
The impact you will have:
- Campaign Strategy: Quarterback our integrated demand generation campaign strategy and engagement through collaboration with our Head of Demand Generation to create a qualified pipeline and consistent customer experience through Hubspot CRM, Hootsuite Social, etc.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using Hubspot CRM software. Track progress against sales targets and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Demand Generation to leverage content creation in demand generation campaigns, ensuring that content aligns with market research findings and resonates with target audiences.
Requirements
What we look for:
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a generalist role covering content creation, campaign creation, orchestration, activation, & optimization.
- Someone comfortable with: CRM software (Hubspot), Social Media Orchestration (Hootsuite), Content Creation (written & graphic/video in Canva or Adobe), Podcasting, Google Ads including YouTube, and Paid Social Media.
- Familiarity with AI and how to utilize it for content and other marketing tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in an environment that requires fresh thinking and new ideas
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
