The Graphic, Multimedia Designer will bring creative expertise and a deep understanding of storytelling through design. The individual will work with the marketing team to translate the global marketing strategy into compelling visual and digital content and messaging. This role will be designing, producing, and executing creative (graphic, video and audio) for branding and marketing initiatives across both digital channels and events.

 The ideal candidate for this role will offer experience in graphic design, user interface (UI) design, and video editing with the speed and flexibility to support content requirements for complex online projects and live events that drive engagement, support the brand and target identified audiences.

Requirements

  • BA/or BS degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in multi-media production, digital marketing, website management, graphic design, video, or similar or graduate work in advertising, marketing, or media.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, media, promotions, graphic design, public relations, sales, or other related background to acquire skills necessary to plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in one or more specialty areas.
  • Experience using content management systems and managing/editing websites; experience with WordPress, specifically Gutenberg editor preferred. 
  • Prior experience in a marketing or digital agency preferred, demonstrating a strong ability to manage client relationships and priorities
  • Communications, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in some combination of design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.) and proficiency with video editing and production software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) 
  • Portfolio of designs and video content
  • Understanding of marketing platforms including HubSpot and WordPress and a proven track record for supporting the graphic and video content requirements for digital marketing projects
  • Understanding of basic user experience and website development best practices
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, detailed-oriented environment under tight deadlines, with internal and external colleagues
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
