About the Role
We are seeking a freelance software developer specialising in ServiceNow platform for a client. The role involves planning, developing applications, scripting, application development, API development, and providing consultancy services.
Requirements
- ServiceNow experience of 3+ years
- Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or have an EAD
- ServiceNow certified - CSA
- Experience with Service Catalog (Utah version or higher)
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with business rules, scripting, and application development
- Knowledge of Integration and API development (REST, JSON)
- Experience with Report Analytics, Workspace, and Survey in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB
- Familiarity with tools such as APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills
