Full Job Description

Our Home is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finished Goods Handler to join our team of manufacturing professionals on the 2nd shift. As a Finished Goods Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper storage, movement, and preparation of finished goods for shipment. This role involves working Monday - Friday from 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Key responsibilities include:

    • Supply the production lines with raw materials for production in a timely manner
    • Wrap finished product pallets and stage them in the appropriate lane for shipping
    • Perform material verifications and inventory counts as necessary
    • Pick LTL shipments for shipping and record lot numbers
    • Count, verify, rotate and put away raw materials as needed. Ensure raw materials are segregated properly (i.e. Organic kept separate from non-organic and Allergens stored properly below non-allergen items).
    • Load and unload trucks as directed and apply all labels as needed
    • Clean, straighten and organize the warehouse as needed, ensuring 18” white access line is kept clear around interior of building.
    • Have the ability to interpret reports and order status sheet
    • Restock raw materials once production is done production (ensure pallets are clean, organized, and that all ingredients are labeled.
    • Supervise the unloading of bulk deliveries.
    • Run floor cleaner and maintain warehouse and shipping and receiving areas free of debris.
    • Perform any other duties as required by any Manager, Supervisor and Leads

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
