Financial Analyst

Carolina CoPacking, LLC is a leading food production company in the industry. We specialize in providing high-quality co-packing services for a wide range of food products. Currently, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, evaluating financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth. Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.

• Track and evaluate financial performance metrics, such as operating expenses, profitability, and cash flow.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.

• Provide insightful financial recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting techniques.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
