We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the strategic management of the organization's digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on executing digital initiatives, including social media, email, and web/SEO content. This role includes executing content strategies, creating engaging materials, maintaining brand awareness and consistency, and using data-driven insights to optimize content. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also build and track key performance metrics to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement in content effectiveness across digital channels. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization: 

  • Support digital marketing and email campaigns through segmentation, implementation, and management of lead generation activities. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. 
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of all planned materials. 
  • Use data and analytics to track performance and adjust content strategies based on insights. 
  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, website traffic, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders for optimizing future campaigns. 

Social Media Management: 

  • Execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's short- and long-term marketing objectives. Craft compelling content that effectively communicates our value proposition, promotes thought leadership, and engages our target audience. 
  • Provide social media guidance and collaborate with regional teams to drive the creation and distribution of client-specific and regional content. Tailor content to resonate with local audiences while maintaining global brand consistency. 
  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and thought leaders in the business and leadership development space to amplify our social media presence and reach new audiences. 
  • Actively engage with followers on social media platforms to foster a positive community experience. Respond promptly to comments and messages, addressing questions or concerns and enhancing user interaction and satisfaction. 

Website Maintenance & Optimization 

  • Upload thought leadership articles and routine admin updates via content management systems (WordPress and Hubspot). 
  • Optimize all digital content to adhere to SEO best practices, ensuring higher visibility, increased traffic, and improved engagement metrics. 
  • Track, analyze, and optimize digital content across platforms.  
  • Ensure that all digital content complies with legal requirements, including copyright laws and data protection regulations. Stay informed about industry standards to safeguard the organization’s reputation and compliance. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and leadership development trends. Leverage this knowledge to generate creative ideas that capture the attention of our target audience. 
  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts, contributing to larger organizational initiatives and meeting assigned deliverables within deadlines. 

Additional Duties 

  • Perform other tasks as required or assigned to support the team and organization's overall marketing strategy. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • Expertise in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), content management systems, and digital marketing tools. 
  • Experience with content management systems such as Hubspot and WordPress preferred.  
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an understanding of SEO best practices. 
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and trends in leadership development is highly desirable. 
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Resilient and the ability to cope in a fast paced environment.
