Lovingly has tremendous plans for growth, and we're building a motivated and diverse team to help double our market share domestically and internationally. As a Community Manager/Community Creator, you'll lead our social media growth with a specific focus on TikTok and multi-platform engagement while building meaningful community relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of on-trend, engaging content with a primary focus on TikTok, ensuring it aligns with Lovingly’s brand voice and objectives.
• Manage and engage with our TikTok and Instagram communities, fostering connections and growing our follower base across these platforms.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners that align with Lovingly’s values and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and produce compelling content that amplifies our brand across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Track and analyze the performance of content using insights to optimize future strategies, ensuring Lovingly remains a leader in the social media space.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on TikTok and multi-platform content creation.
• Expertise in video production, native platform editing, and photo/video manipulation.
• A creative, adaptable, and highly organized mindset with a passion for social media and a deep understanding of the latest trends across various platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building and nurturing online communities.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $85,000, based on skills, experience, and range of expertise in social media/marketing, with a specialization in TikTok growth content & community management.
