Full Job Description
BCBA Responsibilities:
- Assess, design, implement, and supervise individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for in-home, school and community clients
- Provide high quality supervision to RBTs to nurture their skills and careers
- Facilitating strong, collaborative clinical teams comprised of the RBT(s), Caregiver(s), and yourself for each of your clients
- Supervise field students for BACB supervision hours
- Facilitate caregiver training and modeling on a weekly basis
- Crafting high quality and timely session notes, behavioral improvement plans, positive behavioral support plans, functional analysis reports, administrative memos and letters in support of clinical services

Requirements
BCBA Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with completion of supervision requirements to supervise RBT’s
- Experience developing and writing behavior and skill acquisition programs
- Proficiency conducting assessments such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland 3 and or PDBBI (as required by the funding source)
- Impeccable interpersonal skills, time management and organization
- Clear criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
