We are currently seeking an experienced Bathroom Installer to join our growing team.
Position Overview: As a Bathroom Installer at Joyce Factory Direct, you will be responsible for the installation of bathroom remodeling projects in the Charlotte, NC, and Columbia, SC areas. You will ensure each job is completed to the highest standards, working closely with our customers to deliver a beautiful and functional bathroom while adhering to all safety guidelines and company standards. This position can be structured as either a W-2 employee or a 1099 independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation of bathroom fixtures, including tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, and vanities.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Install plumbing, electrical, and other components as needed to complete the project.
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project completion within the timeline.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bathroom Installer or similar role in the home improvement industry.
- Strong knowledge of bathroom fixtures, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have your own tools and a reliable vehicle (truck, trailer, or van).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
