Armed Guard Trainer - PPSB

Blackstone Shooting Sports is seeking experienced PPSB ARMED TRAINER.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful, knowledge-based private instruction to guests with various levels of experience
• Follow approved Blackstone Shooting Sports curriculum for all classes and provide large group instruction
• Follow the Blackstone Shooting Sports Range Rules and adhere to all safety protocols
• Be easily contacted via Phone and Email
• Maintain and regularly update instruction availability hours
• Arrive early and prepared for all scheduled instruction
• Must have the ability to self-promote, sell instruction packages and retain guests for follow-on instruction

Requirements

• Hold a current PPSB Unarmed and Armed trainer certification
• NRA Basic Pistol and NRA Basic Rifle or Qualifying Military or Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor Training
• Minimum 3 years of Firearms Instruction
• Ability to pass a qualification course shoot
• Must be able to present professionally, be well spoken, properly sell Blackstone services, and be a positive representative of the company.
• Must be able to legally own/possess a firearm
  

Preferred but Not Required

• North Carolina Concealed Carry Instructor Certification
• South Carolina Concealed Weapon Permit Instructor Certification
• NRA Chief Range Safety Officer Certification
• USCCA Instructor Certifications
