Triangle Services has been serving the Triangle Area of North Carolina since 2011. We are focused on providing timely maintenance services to property managers and landlords across the area. YOUR ROLE

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more.

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Solid knowledge and experience in Appliances Repair (EPA Certification is a big plus)
• Ability to install and troubleshoot washers, ranges and other large appliances for our customers. 
• Must know how to connect gas and water lines, how to check for leaks once the appliances are installed.
• Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing refrigerators.
• Knowledge of basic construction, maintenance, and home improvement concepts 
• Minor HVAC and Minor Electrical, and Minor Plumbing knowledge.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Ensure work orders are completed safely and on time 

• Review your daily schedule in advance to ensure you have the necessary tools or parts to complete your tasks
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards
• Arrive on time at assigned work orders and keep management informed about progress
• Document completed work and any pending tasks,
• Provide estimates for tasks that could not be completed during the visit

Ensure clients receive excellent quality of work and customer service.

• Perform maintenance and repairs to a high standard, ensuring thorough and reliable work by using appropriate tools and techniques, adhering to best practices, and following manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a professional demeanor, being courteous and respectful towards clients, tenants, and property owners/managers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST:

• Own a reliable transportation
• Own standard set of tools
• Have a valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Pass a criminal background check
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy appliances; ability to lift up to 80lb (on occasion)

Most jobs are around the Durham/Raleigh/Chapel Hill areas
