1282-Warp Knit Mechanic

The Warp Knit Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance and repair of warp knit machinery to ensure continuous and efficient production. The mechanic will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs. Additionally, the mechanic will assist in machine setup, adjustment, and optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on warp knit machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with warp knit machinery and make necessary repairs.
• Replace or repair broken or worn-out parts on warp knit machinery.
• Assist in machine setup, adjustment, and optimization for different warp knit processes.
• Collaborate with production team to address any machine-related issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on warp knit machinery.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on warp knit machinery.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in warp knit machinery maintenance and repair.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Warp Knit Mechanic or similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Knowledge of warp knit machinery components and operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with warp knit machinery.
• Experience in replacing, repairing, and adjusting parts on warp knit machinery.
• Basic understanding of machine setup, adjustment, and optimization.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a production team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements.
