Job Description:
We are seeking a Yardi Expert to join our team and provide support for our property management operations. As a Yardi Expert, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Yardi software system, ensuring its optimal functionality and usability for our property management team.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering and configuring the Yardi software system to meet the needs of our property management team
- Providing technical support and training to end-users on the effective use of Yardi
- Maintaining and updating databases, including property information and financial data
- Collaborating with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with Yardi
- Developing and implementing new features and enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our property management processes
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with Yardi software as an administrator or expert
- Strong knowledge of property management operations and processes
- Excellent technical skills, including database management and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
