Warehouse Associate

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our operations by managing the flow of goods within our facility. This position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow and develop logistics skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Parcel Handling: Receive, sort, and process packages accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock areas, performing regular counts to keep inventory records up to date.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with care, following specific instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage or errors, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet daily operational targets and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on your feet in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required—we provide full training!
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
