Full Job Description

XR is looking for a VP of Product Management - Digital Delivery to lead and drive innovation across Digital Delivery. This role involves thought leadership while tackling technological and business obstacles across our platform. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Product Managers to build our Digital and Omnichannel Ad Delivery capabilities across CTV, Video, DCO, Display, Audio, etc..
  • Drive the development of quarterly and yearly product roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives while addressing customer requirements effectively. 
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Sales, and other relevant teams to swiftly conceptualize, test, and launch innovative product offerings and enhancements.
  • Forge strong partnerships with team members and external collaborators to foster cross-functional synergy and prioritize initiatives in line with collective goals. 
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive long-term vision and strategy, influencing key stakeholders to translate these into actionable plans. 
  • Utilize deep insights into our brand, business landscape, and product strategy to inform decision-making processes across all organizational levels.
  • Define metrics for your product teams to drive clarity in successful product launches
  • Engage regularly with senior management to address critical issues and opportunities, both internally and externally. 
  • Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders and partners within and beyond our brand's online teams to foster alignment and garner support for shared objectives. 
  • Collaborate effectively with program managers, web developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive project execution while effectively managing priorities and communication channels.

*Pursuant to New York City's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $220,000 - $260,000 plus bonus; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product experience in B2B setting, 8+ years of product management experience.
  • A strong analytical mindset with a dedicated emphasis on leveraging data to inform decisions and attain measurable objectives for the website.
  • Proficient in technical aspects with a solid grasp of web architecture principles, adept at managing scheduling trade-offs, and identifying new opportunities alongside technical team members.
  • Extensive expertise in crafting roadmaps and executing projects with teams 
  • Demonstrated excellence in fast iteration testing, and bringing key takeaways from testing to product innovation.
  • Experience managing day-to-day design, technical and business direction in Digital and Linear services 
  • Experience with B2B, Customer Facing products.
  • Experience in cross-collaboration product orgs between: Engineering, UX, Sales and Marketing to drive product and delivery success.
  • Deep understanding of product development and Go-to-Market.
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to work in a hands on capacity 
  • Experience with all phases a Product development cycle: defining software requirements, estimating and planning projects
  • Ability to work with technical and functional teams, and with cross-departmental teams
  • Familiarity with Advertising Industry,
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising and surrounding technology, coupled with a strong passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • MBA (preferred) or BA/BS
