The company specializes in creating empowering visual content for female entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them establish strong digital presences through professional media production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video production shoots for small business clients
• Capture high-quality photography and video content
• Manage on-set lighting and audio setup
• Direct subjects to ensure natural, authentic footage
• Coordinate with clients during shoots
• Handle equipment setup and breakdown
• Ensure proper file management and backup

Requirements

• Strong portfolio featuring business/entrepreneur content
• Experience working independently on shoots
• Proven track record in short-form content creation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for NYC/NJ travel
• Flexible availability for varying shoot schedules
