Assembly is looking for a Vice President of Client Experience who is responsible for providing business leadership and serves as the senior partner for clients as well as internal teams. The Vice President will lead a cross functional team driving the overall approach of media, data, and tech for our largest clients. In this role, you will manage team performance and development, quality work execution, client satisfaction, and agency growth. This role is responsible for client retention and maintaining executive and senior-level relationships. The Vice President is responsible for proactively assessing and managing the risk associated with clients and partners, as well as meeting client goals. The role will collaboratively work with other departmental leaders to build and roll out initiatives and operational standards. The Vice President will be active in new business assignments.
This position reports to the EVP, Client Experience and will work collaboratively with other leaders within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Proven track-record of leading successful client engagements across multiple accounts and high visibility clients
- Lead the overarching strategic thinking, ensure strategy is aligned and designed to grow the business
- Direct and manage account staff, overseeing execution of all account initiatives from inception through completion
· Collaborate effectively with inter-agency teams to develop holistic plans and fully integrated strategies
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with senior client contacts
- Accountable for client satisfaction and retention
- Heavy contributor to building CEL community
- Assist EVP in attaining P&L targets through a combination of existing business contributions and new business development
· Identify process or procedure opportunities for improvements and suggests and implements resolutions
- Ability to evaluate, cultivate, and lead new business opportunities with the Growth Team
- Lead integration with partner agencies
- Identify/seek out new business opportunities and organic growth, capitalizing on previous relationships and areas of expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience
- Proven success leading and managing multiple top-tier client accounts
- Strong experience with Luxury clients
- Experience leading a cross-functional agency team
- Ability to work in a team environment fostering ideas through integration and inclusion
- Fluent in omni-channel media planning, ROI measurement and analytics including building and implementing testing frameworks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Expertise of media planning across channels, with proficiency specifically in Search and Social channels
- Success in building and presenting strategic presentations to client executives
- Analytically minded, specifically comfortable with data, media metrics and trends
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $115,000 - $130,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
