For this remote contractor role, you will work on one of our client projects, partnering with their team to generate awareness for their brand, world-class website, visitors, and users. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting Seamless Marketing Content Projects: Cooperate with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate resources and tasks, and motivate the team with regular meetings to ensure success and top-notch results in every project.
- Collaborative Work: Team with software developers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional team members to leverage cutting-edge technologies and maximize project value across diverse industries.
- Open Communication: Lead Agile meetings and rituals, keeping those communication lines open with our international clients and in-house and remote teams.
- Attention to Detail: Do you have an eagle eye for detail? Perfect! You'll conduct thorough reviews to ensure our projects meet the highest quality standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep the project’s documentation organized, accessible, and ready for action whenever needed.
- Production Support and Coordination: Efficiently manage production support requests to ensure seamless content deployment.
Requirements:
- Experience with CMS systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, business, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating QA and feedback sessions, ensuring excellent communication across multiple teams and stakeholder management skills.
- High levels of organization and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle is a plus but not required.
The projected salary range for this position is from $45 to $55/hr, determined by the candidate’s interview outcome, skills, experience, education, and alignment with market data.
Location Requirements: Open to candidates located in the United States and Canada, with flexibility on specific locations.
