Basic Function

Almstead PHC (Plant Health Care) Technicians work with the latest technology and information in treating our customers’ plant health problems. This position will assist our PHC Technicians in the administration of tree injections to treat for disease and or pests.

This is a temporary position, $17 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

We will provide training for this position and you will work under the guidance of our experienced specialists

• Ensure proper filling/mixing procedures and material dilution are followed.
• Understand and operate state-of-the-art equipment.
• Perform accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Maintain a safe and controlled work environment.
• Adhere to company safety, state and local regulations.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain equipment.
• Drive a mid-sized box truck

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscape or PHC desirable but not required
• Enthusiastic about what you do, responsible and reliable
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Valid driver’s license.
