EXPERIENCED TELEMARKETERS WANTED 

 

We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketers to generate wholesale sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential store customers to buy our Artisan Holiday Decorations

 

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customers’ requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.  This role requires resilience, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset to effectively navigate cold calling and convert leads into qualified opportunities.

 

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·       LEAD GENERATION: Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell our products. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

·       PITCHING PRODUCTS: Use scripts to provide information about products, highlighting key features, prices etc. and present their benefits

·       KNOWING YOUR CUSTOMER: Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

·       CLOSING THE SALE: Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise meet their needs

·       DATA MANAGEMENT: Record the customer’s information accurately. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

·       COLLABORATION: Diffuse possible complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation and work closely with customer service

·       RESILIANCE & PERSISTANCE: Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements

REQUIRMENTS AND SKILLS:

Proven experience as a telemarketer 1 year minimum or similar sales/customer service role is a MUST.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Proficient in English

· Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

· Persistent and results-oriented

· Patient and able to handle customer rejection

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively to a team environment

· High school diploma: BSc/Ba is a plus

Benefits

WORK LOCATION:

- This position is primarily home-based, involving extensive phone-based interactions with potential clients.

- Flexible hours may be required to accommodate different time zones or peak calling periods.

- Performance may be subject to regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure targets are met.

COMPENSATION:

$150.00 paid for each confirmed written order plus 7.5% commission at shipment.
