ABOUT THE ROLE
The Table Attendants main responsibility is to prepare all bottle tables for service and ensure tables are stocked and clean throughout the show. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Avant Gardner company policy and procedures.
ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and clean all expected tables for bottle service clientele
- Maintain complete knowledge of table layout, table numbers, room capacity, hours of operations, menus, price range and dress code of assigned outlet
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations, tables, and POS stations
- Work as a team, assisting all guests and employees’ needs and inquiries
- Ensure guest’s needs are accommodated in a quick and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with management to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees
- Facilitate breakdown, cleaning, and storage of all tables, service wells
- Marketing, promoting, and be knowledgeable on specific events that endorse the venue & brand
- Perform all side duties assigned and maintain/organize cleanliness of service wells, table areas, and other areas assigned by management
- Be proactive, responsive, and anticipate VIP guests throughout the night
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers
- Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene
- Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive, and friendly persona at all times
- Willing to work in loud and fast-paced environments
- Candidates must be 21 years of age or over
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Busser experience recommended, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, as well as carry and push carts
- Ability to stand entire shift
COMPENSATION
- The hourly rate for this position is $16 plus tips with applicable tip credit
