ITE Management is a premier investment manager and private equity firm focused on acquiring and managing transportation equipment and asset operating platforms within the infrastructure sector. We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in New York.
About the Role:
The Systems Administrator will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and end-user support. This position requires a well-rounded IT professional with expertise across Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS, and related technologies. As the primary IT support contact across the organization, you’ll deliver top-tier service and act as a trusted resource for all technical needs.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You bring a robust background in Microsoft Administration, IT infrastructure optimization, and documentation. Your technical expertise spans platforms like M365, Teams, Outlook, video conferencing and A/V systems, and peripheral hardware. Additionally, you have hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, and Azure Administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Help Desk Support – global point person for the organization
· Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 Suite (Security Groups, SharePoint, Outlook and Teams) ensuring smooth operation and user support.
· Operate Jira (ITSM) support ticketing system
· Assist with Entra ID identity and access management (IAM) administration
· Support the management of Intune and Windows Domain Controller Group Policy and Intune Conditional Access Policies
· Provide basic support and maintenance for cloud infrastructure within Azure
· Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT security systems, including tools such as DNS filtering, SIEM, MDR and firewalls
· Support the NY and Chicago offices with on-site assistance as needed
This role is part of a small, collaborative IT team in a fast-paced environment. Occasional after-hours support is required for system upgrades or issue resolution.
Requirements
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
· Preferred Certifications: MS-102, or equivalent certifications showcasing proficiency in relevant technologies.
· 3-5 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on supporting and maintaining infrastructure and cloud-based systems in the financial sector.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365
· Basic knowledge of systems integration tools like Power Apps and familiarity with Azure OpenAI Studio (a plus but not required).

Salary Range:
- Estimated base salary range for this position is: $85,000-$95,000. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
