Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to match them with client needs.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new opportunities.
- Understand and document job requirements from clients to ensure accurate candidate matching.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize recruitment technologies and platforms to enhance sourcing and outreach efforts.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a recruiter or in a relevant HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
