Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the utility industry and a strong background in PowerPlan integration. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with specific skills in technical support, integration, issue analysis, project leadership, and documentation.

Requirements

• Technical Support and Integration: Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of integration with PowerPlan and comprehensive knowledge of related business processes.
• Issue Analysis and Resolution: Conduct thorough analyses of issues, providing accurate and timely solutions. Proactively address routine problems with minimal supervision and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Project Leadership: Collaborate with various IT groups to support server upgrades, Oracle database enhancements, and application fixes, particularly related to the PowerPlan application.
• Documentation and Coding: Ensure high-quality code delivery, document all coding changes comprehensively, and provide accurate work estimates for programming tasks.
