Software Engineer Frontend / Fullstack

We’re seeking a Software Engineer (Frontend / Fullstack) to help craft world-class enterprise software products. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute as an early team member at a fast-growing startup, shaping our product, design system, and overall customer experience. You will work closely with our founders and leadership team to build solutions that redefine how businesses interact with complex technologies like LLMs (Large Language Models).

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Ship World-Class Products: Design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade software with exceptional attention to detail.
• Frontend and Design Expertise: Leverage your React, TypeScript, and CSS (Tailwind) expertise to craft modern, user-friendly interfaces with exceptional design precision.
• Innovate in a B2B Environment: Bring best-in-class design patterns and UI/UX innovations to business users unfamiliar with modern systems.
• Lean Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable, lightweight design system that enables designers and engineers to move quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our founders and leadership team to align on product direction and deliver solutions that solve complex business challenges.
• Operate at All Levels: Balance big-picture thinking with a detail-oriented approach to execution.
• Build with AI in Mind: Learn how to make LLMs (Large Language Models) practical for precision work in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Proven ability to ship high-quality enterprise software, especially at world-class organizations (e.g., Scale, Stripe, Notion, Ramp, Airtable).
• Track record of excellence and high impact in high-agency organizations.
• Experience working in B2B environments and delivering intuitive solutions to business users.
• Background in early-stage startups, demonstrating grit and adaptability.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced expertise in React, TypeScript, and CSS (Tailwind).
• Ability to design and build software with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work closely with cross-functional leadership.
• Ownership and accountability for delivering impactful features and solutions.
• Mindset:
• A bias for action and willingness to take ownership of multiple areas of the product and business.
• A balance of strategic vision with the ability to operate at the lowest level of detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous ownership of multiple product and business areas.
• Knowledge of or experience working with AI and LLMs.
• Educational background in Computer Science
