About the role
As a senior member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's IT infrastructure and providing exceptional technical support to end-users. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues, enhancing the end-user experience, and contributing to innovative solutions for InfoTrack's business workflows.
This is a hybrid role, based in our office in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Support: Offer empathetic and responsive technical assistance at all levels for end-user computer systems, software, and hardware issues. You will manage and maintain desktop environments for both Microsoft Windows 11 Pro and Apple MacOS, ensuring their optimal functionality in a remote environment. Customer service is your number 1 priority
- Innovate Solutions: Research and recommend innovative automated approaches to streamline various business workflows, contributing to efficiency and productivity enhancements
- Ticket Management: Prioritize and diligently follow up on support tickets until they are satisfactorily resolved while also escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
- System Administration: Administer Microsoft services, including Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and Office 365, ensuring their smooth operation. Manage InfoTrack applications and security tools, such as anti-virus, Jira, and Microsoft Azure environments
- Asset Management: Oversee technology asset purchasing, inventory control, and tracking, ensuring efficient resource utilization
- Scripting: Utilize your experience with Power Automate and PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve system performance
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for systems and processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and efficient troubleshooting
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience within a B2B SaaS environment with experience in both Windows 11 and MacOS
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft services and applications, including Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Office 365, Microsoft Entra, Jira, and other core systems
- Proficiency with Power Automate and PowerShell Scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer support skills with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented
- Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability
Compensation
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
$100,000 - $150,000 base pay
