About the role:  

The Senior Solutions Consultant proposes ways to improve CITIZ3N's efficiency by facilitating the strategic solution selling efforts that is essential to our continued growth and success. Using leadership skills, technical expertise, and detailed knowledge of the CITIZ3N/Softheon platform, the senior solutions consultant will partner with sales, leadership and account owners in initial opportunity discovery and qualification, presenting solutions and value proposition to prospects and clients. The Senior Solutions Consultant will partner with marketing on content development and campaign support, while teaming up with the product and client success teams on pre- and post-sale engagement to ensure the right resources are involved at the right time.  

Requirements

You will: 

  • Evaluate data in conjunction with the Product Team to inform business decisions. 
  • Manage solution maintenance and releases in demo and training environments. 
  • Facilitate client releases and support Client Executives for all-client impacting issues. 
  • Lead requirement gathering activities and requirement discovery sessions. 
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and architect complex solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of the healthcare industry, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. 
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge and provide strategic recommendations for product enhancements or new solution offerings. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare technology solutions, staying abreast of industry advancements, attending conferences or webinars, and actively participating in relevant industry forums or discussions. 
  • Conduct in-depth requirement analysis, document functional and technical specifications, and ensure alignment between client needs and solution capabilities. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the solution's functionality, performance, and adherence to requirements. 
  • Identify and assess potential risks in solution implementation, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, development, and client success teams to gather requirements, provide feedback, contribute to solution enhancements, and ensure a seamless customer experience. 

You have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. 
  • 5-7 years of experience required
  • Experience with testing and gathering business requirements are required  
  • Experience with releases and deployments are preferred  
  • Any Azure or SAFe certification are a plus  
  • Experience in the U.S. healthcare industry working with health plans and TPAs (Third-Party Administrators) as a service provider, software provider, or consultant (preferred). 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and understanding of best practices. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, along with understanding of best practices. 
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change proactively, and think strategically. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with others. 
  • Results-driven, with a focus on schedule and quality. 
  • Self-assured in dealing with others while maintaining a firm and direct approach. 
  • Must work Eastern Time  
  • Must be willing to travel %15

Salary - $110,000 - $125,000
