Senior Social Day Care Program Director

We are seeking to hire a site director to oversee the daily operations of our Senior Social Adult Day Care Center.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social day activity program for senior participants that may include social, recreational, educational, and more activities along with the transportation process
• Create and develop healthy nutritional menu for the seniors
• Create and implement transportation process
• Maintaining a safe environment for seniors adhering to safety compliance regulations and protocols
• Oversee administrative tasks including intake and enrollment process
• Supervise and conduct participant assessments, care plans, staff scheduling, and supervision
• Manage compliance audit, billing, AR, and AP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, healthcare administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of certain needs and challenges faced by seniors (eg: cognitive impairments, physical limitations, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in senior social adult day care center
• CPR and First Aid certification (not required, but preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
