Senior Project Manager

PJ Mechanical, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Oversee and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any potential issues or conflicts
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on the job site
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in construction project management software and tools

SALARY RANGE: $80-100k annually
