As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Oversee and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any potential issues or conflicts
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on the job site
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in construction project management software and tools
SALARY RANGE: $80-100k annually
