Senior Project Manager

SPCSHP is looking for a Senior Project Manager (ideally with Pharma client experience) who will be responsible for managing the execution of integrated projects from conception through delivery, including managing scope and resources, scheduling, budget tracking, and the development of project plans. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and adaptable individual who can assist in leading a large team to deliver a range of project types, from quick turnaround projects to more complex campaigns.

Roles + Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle to deliver comprehensive social media campaigns to some of the most recognized brands in the world
• Stay up to date on the Clients’ business needs and priorities to understand the content needs and cohesion of messaging and visuals across all campaign assets
• Create detailed project timelines with deadlines and phases managing project scope and deliverables and team assignments
• Develop detailed project plans and collects client information for development
• Documentation and risk tracking of your projects to ensure work stays on track
• Oversee the project team’s activities to guarantee the overall quality of work and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Build strong relationships with agency discipline leads including Account, Strategy, Creative, Studio, Production, and Finance for support of projects
• Develop and communicate project performance throughout the project lifecycle to all stakeholders (internal and external)
• Maintain and update all project plan documentation, from initiation through execution to close-out
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and on budget
• Suggest and implement new processes that build on established processes to ensure consistent internal and client satisfaction, the most efficient workflow, and the highest quality of deliverables
• Accurately identify and mitigate project risks, forecast development timelines and budget accordingly
• Facilitate communication among team members – internally and with the client – via regular team meetings and the project status
• Additional duties as Client and Agency needs evolve

Requirements

Skills + Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience within a creative agency environment in a project management capacity
• Experience with pharma clients a plus
• Experience overseeing the execution of social media campaigns from start to finish
• Highly organized, highly motivated, goal and detail-oriented, self-starter who is passionate and experienced 
• Strong ability to manage cross discipline teams
• Understanding of, and experience executing projects with that adhere to platform guidelines, legal considerations, advertising regulations and best practices
• Strong Excel, Google Sheet and SmartSheet skills
• Experience creating and managing budgets and staffing plans
• Experience in budget reconciliation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently, and as a part of a team

Benefits

The salary band for this role is $110,000 - $125,000. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.
