Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in HVAC, hardware, and software to drive the success of our personal energy management system. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements documents (PRDs) that align with the company's overall vision and goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on HVAC, hardware, and software products
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferable Requirements:

• Experience with energy management systems, IoT devices, or smart home technologies
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ENERGY STAR, UL)
• Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, CSPO)
