What the job does: Were looking for an ambitious Senior Manager, National Accounts-Sephora to join our fabulous commercial team and drive our Sephora business. You’ll be responsible for nurturing multiple relationships across Skincare Teams, Fragrance Teams & Sephora @ Kohl’s Teams (Both US & CAN) and identifying new commercial opportunities, negotiating best in class reciprocal retailer support, and thinking limitlessly to bring the Tilbury magic to life in store and online. You’ll have a forward-thinking mindset which allows you to push boundaries and build game changing cross functional relationships. You will be highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, keen to find creative solutions to challenges and passionate about working in the beauty industry.
Reporting Relationships: AVP, Retail Planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within the Sephora teams, including Merchandising, Planning and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility, and exposure
- Conduct successful commercial negotiations on space and location, in-store visibility, and digital support with Merchandising & Marketing teams Driving Performance (Retail, Net and Profit)
- Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs
- Participate in weekly planning team meetings to drive shipments and align on forecasts
- Initiate weekly Zoom calls with merchant team to review all business opportunities and issues
- Provide weekly account business recaps and monthly reporting that details sell-thru by SKU, ranking, productivity, stock & sales and competitive analysis
- Manage account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity; monitor retailer profit contribution and achieve agreed profit
- Managing Skincare, Fragrance & Sephora @ Kohls net sales forecasting, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner
- Identify opportunities to sell in additional revenue and mitigate return liabilities
- Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with your Planning counterpart, Marketing, Demand Planning and Supply Chain
- Monitor, manage, and optimize net sales performance • Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximize opportunities across channels
- Deliver plans to drive #1 ranking across the Portfolio, #20 Skincare Ranking & #1 Sephora @ Kohls Ranking • Build and deliver against a retail sales target, with the engagement and alignment of the Retail and Planning teams Cross-Functional Working
- Build strong working relationships with Field team, utilizing insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans
- Responsible for reviewing product assortment & sales to maximize counter productivity in partnership with trade marketing
- Work with visual merchandising to ensure all updates are executed in a timely manner and communicated to merchant team for retailer approval
- Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to create and deliver an annual plan for Skincare covering activation of key launches and marketing moments, event-ing, store/retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention. Review implementation and performance of annual strategy vs expectations on a regular and appropriately frequent basis

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Proficiency in Intermediate Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint skills required
Demonstrated experience in Account Management across Skincare, Makeup or Fragrance industry is preferred
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and changing focus areas in response to commercial needs
Demonstrate a positive and collaborative work approach, contributing to a constructive team environment.
Display an eagerness for continuous learning and development, recognizing the ongoing pace of change in the industry.
Proactively pursue goals with a can-do attitude, exhibiting adaptability and comfort in ambiguous situations.
Exhibit a strong understanding of business issues, both for the retailer and Charlotte Tilbury.
Formulate robust account strategies aligned with retailer priorities and quantify business plans, considering broader impacts on other accounts and teams.
Proven experience keeping stakeholders informed on important matters through concise, clear, and convincing communication.
Cultivate relationship-oriented, personable, and approachable communication style, building rapport quickly and establishing genuine relationships.

Base Salary Range: $150,000-$155,000**
