Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications for accounting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
• Optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote best practices in coding and development methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to our tech stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
