Laxxon Medical, a prominent pharmatechnology company, is seeking a proactive and organized Senior Executive Assistant to support our Marketing Department. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of the marketing team. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team and our business partners.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all C-level executives, business associates and external customers.
- Organize travel arrangements and detailed trip itineraries involving flights, hotels and ground transport. This will include domestic and international travel which may require visas.
- Schedule meetings in the U.S and abroad, taking into consideration the time zones involved in meetings with global attendees.
- Be responsible for correspondence, papers, and publications using MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other MS Office applications that have been composed, proofread, and edited.
- Manage of SharePoint calendars, ensuring that events are entered in a timely manner by themselves and colleagues
- Develop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities (Staff meetings; All-Team meetings; Off-Sites; and team social events/recognition
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Manage team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurations
- Marketing Duties
- Campaign Support: Coordinate with external vendors to manage our communications campaigns. Research, write and edit a variety of communications materials, including social media posts, articles, company and department news, customer success stories, employee profiles, event summaries, employee engagement features, corporate initiative and community engagement updates, interviews, etc.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, we are looking for someone with a sales background in the health and nutrition industry. Familiarity with FDA regulations is welcome. Joining our small and dedicated team, we value flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks in the office.

Additional requirements include..
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a marketing environment
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant marketing, PR or content creation within the biotech, pharmatech or medtech space.
- 5+ years of working business experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with content creation, graphic design or digital communications is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- **Industry specific certifications are preferred
- **Experience with marketing software and tools is a plus
